Brand Marketing Manager

  • Plan and execute strategies for brand building, increase brand awareness through integrated marketing solutions
  • Supervise overall performance of the brand marketing initiatives including promotion, brand management, media planning, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Formulate and execute brand marketing initiatives both online and offline
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure activities or product development/category to cope with brand building strategy and guidelines
  • Create and enhance long-term business relationship with partners and vendors to maximize business growth and develop new opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the excellent execution brand building and marketing initiatives
  • Prepare brand budget, analysis, audit and performance report


  • Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years’ solid brand or marketing experience, preferably in retail industry
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated competence in market trend analysis, product development and brand building
  • Dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked individual with business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with people from different backgrounds and at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin

Merchandising Officer

  • Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors/suppliers to follow through the entire merchandising process, from sourcing suppliers/products, negotiating prices, issuing orders, expediting order confirmation and delivering
  • Develop and manage buying and selling plan to cope with company strategies and market sales trends in Hong Kong
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance so as to prepare replenishment and allocation plan to maintain optimal stock level
  • Source new products/vendors from overseas to widen our product range
  • Develop selling/promotion plan for new stock and monitor the performance
  • Monitor the performance of vendors/suppliers
  • Compile regular reports and analyses for reviewing the effectiveness of the product, pricing strategies and for management review


  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in sourcing and buying off-the-shelf products, preferably in household products / stationery / sundries in retail industry
  • With experience in inventory/stock level planning for Hong Kong market is preferred
  • Acute market sense with strong analytical mind
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Responsible, initiative, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Outdoor duty and overseas travel is required
  • Working location: Wong Chuk Hang
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
